„Дани фочанске ракије” идуће седмице на Брионима

Удружење пољопривредника општине Фоча организоваће први пут „Дане фочанске ракије”.

Дводневна манифестација одржаће се 15. и 16. септембра на фочанским Брионима, најављено је из општинског Удружења пољопривредника.

Манифестација ће првог дана, у четвртак, 15. септембра, почети у 16.00 часова предавањем Нинослава Никићевића, научног радника из области технологије јаких алкохолних пића на тему „Производња воћних ракија врхунског квалитета код мањих индивидуалних произвођача“.

Другог дана, у петак, 16. септембра, вршиће се сензорна оцјена узорака јаких алкохолних пића, након чега ће бити извршена рекапитулација резултата.

Произвођачи који желе да њихова ракија буде оцијењена, потребно је да донесу узорке у канцеларију општинског Удружења пољопривредника.

Доношење узорака и уплата котизације од 20 КМ вршиће се најкасније до сриједе, 14. септембра.
