Скупштинска већина усвојила одлуку о кредитном задужењу од 5.000.000 КМ

Одлука о кредитном задужењу општине од 5.000.000 марака добила је подршку већине одборника Скупштине општине Фоча.

Два и по милиона намијењена су за изградњу дома за стара лица у насељу Миљевина, милион за изградњу санитарне депоније и набавку комуналне опреме, док ће се милион и по усмјерити за асфалтирање локалних путева.

Када су у питању услови кредитног задужења, наведен је рок отплате до 12 година са грејс периодом до 24 мјесеца, промјењива каматна стопа везана за ЕУРИБОР, максимално до 6 % и до 1 % износа обраде трошкова кредита.

Одборници опозиционог СДС-а су указали на незаконитост у поступку доношења Одлуке о кредиту који је прописан Законом о задуживању, дугу и гаранцијама Републике Српске, конкретно на рокове о обавјештавању јавности о задужењу и недостатку сагласности Министарства финансија за задужење.

Уз одлуку о кредитном задужењу усвојен је и план о капиталним инвестицијма општине за период 2024-2026. године.
