Српска православна црква и вјерници данас обиљежавају Павловдан – Сабор светих 12 апостола, посвећен апостолу Павлу и свим апостолима.

На Павловдан се прослављају апостоли Петар, Андреј, Јаков Заведејев, Јован, Филип, Вартоломеј, Тома, Матеј, Јаков Алфејев, Тадеј, Симон Зилот, Матија и Павле.

Иако сваки од 12 апостола има свој дан када се слави, црква је одредила Павловдан као саборни празник свих апостола. Сви апостоли страдали су мученички, једино је Јован умро природном смрћу.

Павловдан није црвено слово у православном календару, али се поштује као други дан Петровдана и овог дана се не ради у пољу, а домаћице не раде кућне послове.

Обичај је и да се за Петровдан и Павловдан припрема “петровача”, односно колач од јабука.
