Банкар оштетио клијента за 20.000 КМ

Полицијски службеници ПУ Фоча предузимају све мјере на документовању кривичног дјела злоупотреба службеног положаја.

Сумња се да је службеник банке у Фочи без знања оштећеног лица иницијала И. В. раскинуо уговор о орочењу депозита, саопштено је из ПУ Фоча.

У полицији наводе да је оштећено лице 15. априла ове године у банци повјеравало стање на штедној књижици када му је речено да је уговор о депозиту раскинут. Постоје докази да је оштећени положио на рачун 20.000 КМ, док раскид уговора о штедњи није потписао, рекли су у ПУ Фоча. На тај начин је оштећеном причињена материјална штета у износу од 20.000 конвертибилних маракa, стоји у саопштењу фочанске полиције.
